– During the epidemic, how to eat in a good mood, eat well, improve immunity and reduce the risks of diseases, obesity, etc.?

 The continuous global outbreak of the “new coronavirus” and the continuous isolation of the epidemic have brought different degrees of depression, or unknowingly invisible pressure, and dietary disturbances to people.

On the morning of Saturday, May 22, 2021, ACPN was invited by the Eastview Neighbourhood Community Centre in Toronto, and do a zoom Community Workshop for middle-aged and elderly Chinese and their families in the community.

This lecture helps people to manage their health scientifically. Through balanced nutrition and emotional management, they can lead themselves and their families to realize the existence of psychological pressure, eat a good mood, improve immunity, and reduce health risks of disease and obesity.

At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Julia, a member of the academic committee of ACPN, a Canadian registered practicing nutritionist, led everyone to practice scientific breathing according to the physical characteristics of middle-aged and elderly people which help massage the intestines, internal organs, open the chest cavity while SITTING on the CHAIR, and teaches techniques such as avoiding spinal injuries.

The content of the lecture was very practical and easy to understand such as the wellness LEADERSHIP – STRESS MANAGEMENT for our FAMILY:

In response to stress, in addition to scientific emotional management, you can also become happy through nutritional management, cleverly and scientifically using daily food sources to help our body produce “free functional happiness nutrients”?
